Instructions for filling/submitting applications
Requirements to Downgrade services to MLS only from a Responsible Realtor
- The Form for "Downgrade services to MLS Only" should be filled and signed by the Broker, who is downgrading the services.
Note: The following, below mentioned options, must be followed if the Responsible Broker is downgrading services to MLS only and there are agents working in the Responsible Brokers Firm:
- The agents downgrade to MLS services only. (MLS Agent application)
- Or, the agents move to another Brokers office. (Reaffiliation process)
- Or, the old Responsible Broker of the Firm does a transfer of Brokerage to another Responible Broker at SRAR. (Transfer of Broker Form)
