Requirements for being a Firm Affiliate Representative
- Application Form for Firm Affiliate Representative should be duly filled by the applicant.
- A letter by the Firm Affiliate Responsible Officer must be submitted with the name of the Firm Representative on the firm letterhead, duly signed by the Firm Affiliate Responsible Officer.
- Payment is accepted at the membership services desk in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Note: The Responsible Officer of the Firm is responsible for Firm representatives in the Firm.
