Requirements for being an MLS Agent / MLS Appraiser
- Membership Application and other Forms should be duly filled, signed and dated by the applicant.
- Membership Application and should be duly signed and dated by the office Broker for MLS Agents and by the MLS Responsible Appraiser for MLS Appraisers.
- Copy of Valid CA DRE Salesperson License needed for MLS Appraiser.
- Copy of Valid Appraiser certificate needed for MLS Appraiser.
- Applicant must fill the NAR# on the Membership application Form, if he/she, were ever/are a board member of any Board.
- Payment is accepted at the membership services desk in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Note:
- The MLS Appraiser is not issued a Supra keypad.
- MLS Appraiser may only join an office of a MLS Responsible Appraiser.
