Requirements for being an MLS Broker / MLS Responsible Appraiser
- Membership Application and other Forms should be duly filled, signed and dated by the applicant.
- Copy of Valid CA DRE Broker's License for MLS Broker or Appraisers Certificate for MLS Responsible Appraiser is needed.
- Applicant must fill the NAR# on the Membership application Form, if he/she, were ever/are a board member of any Board.
- Payment is accepted at the membership services desk in the form of cash, check, or credit card.
Note: The MLS Responsible Appraiser is not issued a Supra keypad.
