Realtors® gain funds from the California Association of Realtors®, Housing Affordability Fund and Southland Regional Association of Realtors® (SRAR) Foundation to help valley first time homebuyers with $4,000. Valley Realtors^® from Southland Regional Association together with California Association members collected $80,000 to help deserving families with $4,000 towards their new home costs. Affordability in the valley has greatly improved due to the foreclosure crisis providing an unusual opportunity to get the home of your dreams, and the grant will make the transition much easier.
