My SRAR service includes Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Chaired the following committees: Finance, Bylaws, NAR Nominating, Strategic Planning, SRAR Addendum and Awards. Also served as Director Liaison to Education Committee. I am a Pro Advantage "Conracts" class instructor for SRAR. CAR Service includes Chair of Standard Forms, Residential Purchase Contract Sub and CAR Nominating. Regional Chair - Regional MLS Committee. Received REALTOR of the Year 1998 and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® of the year in 1987. Volunteer for Best Friends Dog Adoption and LA City Shelter Dog Adoption.

Jim Ezell

I've been in real estate for 32 years.

President SRAR 2005, NAR Director 2006, thru 2008, CAR Director 1989, thru 2008. SRAR Board of Director 1988 thru 2008. SRAR Executive Committee 1989 thru 2007. Chairman Finance Committee 196, 202. Also Chairman Education, Bylaws, Foundation, Marketing, Housing, Projects and Events. I have also served as a member on most other committees at SRAR. SRAR Realtors^® of the Year 2007, Realtor-Associate^® of the year 1988. Member of Board of Directors for Economic Alliance for the Valley 2004-2008. I am involved with my church. Avid surfer and fitness buff.

Larry Gasinski

SCV Division Council President 2007; SRAR BOD, MLS Committee Chair twice, Representative to So Cal MLS Steering Committee, Chaired CRIS-NET Regional User's Group and NILS Committees. SCV Division Member of the Year 2004. Interests include photography, sailing, wood working, umpiring high school baseball and championship games at Dodger Stadium in 1999 and 2006 and Angel Stadium in Anaheim in 2002.

Loren Hansen

Veterans of Foreign Wars, Patriot Gunra Riders, Prostate Cancer Foundation, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Children's Miracle Network. Hobbies: Motorcycle enthusiast, photography, golf and internet geek awards, several gold trophies for REMAX Production.

Mary Funk

Meet Mary Funk the 2008 president of SRAR. Mary takes great pride in being president of one of the largest associations in California. Mary believes in "giving back" to the organized Real Estate and has been involved since 1981. She has served on and chaired many committes both at SRAR and Santa Clarita. Her busy schedule includes being one of the top producing agents at Realty Executives, a CAR director and a NAR director. In 2009 she will serve on the CAR Executive Committee and at NAR be a part of the REALTOR^® ACTIVE IN POLITICS Committee. Married to her husband and business associate, Robert Funk,they have a very active family of 4 grown daughters, 2 son-in-laws and 6 grandchildren.

Pat "Ziggy" Zicarelli

Past President SRAR 1995; Two terms as President Chamber of Commerce. Chaired most SRAR committees, including three years for Foundation Trustees. REALTOR^® of the Year, Pro-Advantage Instructor, 2008 CAR Housing Affordability Chair, CAR Director for Life; IVAR Director. I have a solid reputation as a community and business leader and take an active role in all SRAR functions and events to lead by example on BOD. Dedicated fundraiser for SRAR and cheerleader for all of our causes. BA Degree at University of Mississippi - teaching credential. Hobbies include golfing, traveling with family, singing, LA Lakers fan!
