Number of Years in Real Estate: 31

Real Estate is a family affair for me. My mom, Fran Kitcko, was a Realtor® and SRAR member for over 33 years, and my son Jonathan Petralia is currently a 10 year member of our association. I started my service at SRAR in 1990, first as a member of Grievance for 3 years then moving to Professional Standards for 8 years also serving as Vice Chair for both committees. I have also served on Governmental Affairs, Events, Education, Ethics and Arbitration. SRAR Director since 2003, Executive Committee, Director Liaison for Professional Standards, Grievance and Education Committees and CAR Director since 2004. I was recently honored to be elected SRAR President-Elect 2009. I am also the Vice President and Sales Manager for my company and one of my greatest rewards is working with and for my agent's success. I love to cook, garden and I am currently in the process of writing 2 children's books. I am also a "desert lover" and try to spend as much time as I can in Palm Springs.

Charities: Toys for Needy Children, Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
