CRIS-Net Tempo Powered by CARETS

With CARETS your Tempo system will NOT be changing, just GETTING BIGGER & BETTER!

Starting Tuesday, November 11, 2008, all of CRIS-Net MLS members will have immediate access to the CARETS data through the Tempo MLS System! Residential and Residential Lease listings from MLS's that are part of CARETS will be available on ALL Tempo Searches! CARETS partner MLS's are: CLAW, CRIS-Net MLS, iTech, MRMLS and SoCalMLS. There are no new programs to learn.

The definition of CARETS can be summarized by the Rule of Ones:

• - ONE Common Database of Listings
• - ONE Set of MLS Rules & Regulations
• - ONE Set of IDX Rules

CARETS data will be available through WyldFyre and other applications in the very near future. Also, addition property types will be completed and available soon.

All five MLS partners in CARETS will require two step password authentication by April 1, 2009. In order to insure that access to this data is by MLS members, a token or other form of authentication will be required.
