Martin insisted that his clients take a class that would qualify first time home buyers with up to $100,000 in grants and a low cost mortgage. Buyers, Amelia De Santiago and Jesus De Santiago took a class, and realized they could afford a much better home after benefiting from the grant money available, the low cost mortgage also provided them with more buying power.
