Use Your Mobile Phone to Replace the SafeMLS Token

Your Mobile phone can now be used to replace the blue SafeMLS Token you currently use for MLS access. If you don't want to carry both the blue token and your cell phone, both functions can now be incorporated into the one device, the phone. You will receive the SafeMLS password as a Text message. You must have Text Messaging as part of your cell phone service.

To replace the token you must follow these steps:

1. Return the token to the Membership counter at either the Van Nuys or Santa Clarita office.

2. Pay a fee of $100.00 for one year or $150 for two years.

3. Membership staff will provide member with an "activation code" that is needed for user to self enroll.

4. Go to www.srar.com on your computer. Click on "Register Your Token" at the top of the page (under User ID: box) and follow the steps. Check the option which reads: I need to enroll a SAFEMLS® TEXT-passTM (text messaging).

5. Confirm your MLS Login ID.

6. Enter and confirm Cell Phone number.

7. Enter the Activation Code you received from Membership Dept.

8. Review and agree to the usage statement by clicking on "I Agree".

9. Click Next to continue.

10. Click OK to allow SafeMLS to send a text message to your cell phone. Do not close the internet browser as you will need to complete one final page to finish enrolling your cell phone.

11. SafeMLS will send a Text Message to your cell phone. You will need the confirmation number to complete the enrollment.

12. Once again, enter your MLS login number (Fxxxxxxxx)

13. Answer three secret questions.

14. Check your cell phone for a message from "732873". Enter and confirm the 6 digit alphanumeric code you received.

15. Enter your 4 digit Pin Code.

16. Click Enroll Key.

You are now ready to use your cell phone to text you the SafeMLS password code when you go into either the Tempo or WyldFyre systems. Just one devise to carry!
