Goomzee provides mobile technology tools that allow real estate agents to deliver property information to a buyer's cell phone while they are standing at the property or on the go. The agent is optionally notified after each request by email or text message with contact information allowing prompt follow up.

The Short Sale Assistance Desk (SSAD) has been replaced with an easier-to-use short sale escalation process available from Fannie Mae on www.HomePath.com under the tab labeled "Short Sale". The enhanced short sale escalation portal will continue to expedite the short sale process, provide short sale results faster with help from Fannie Mae, allow real estate professionals to escalate issues for resolution, and help homeowners avoid foreclosure. TransUnion SmartMove is a convenient and secure way for landlords and their potential renters to complete a tenant credit and background search.

Our Association is governed by the members who volunteer their time to serve on Committees. Their job, along with staff guidance, is to maintain an organizational structure that provides each member with opportunities for leadership development and encouragement to grow, while upholding the high ethical standards we require of all our members.
