SRAR's auditorium is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a full sound system, a dropdown screen, ceiling mounted projection system, DVD viewing capabilities, wireless microphone and connections for all your technology tools. The auditorium is fully carpeted and features custom cabinetry and granite countertops for displays, etc.
The maximum capacity for our auditorium will depend on the setup you prefer (see below for setup options). Classroom style has the largest capacity at 150 people.

GUIDELINES FOR USE OF ASSOCIATION AUDITORIUM
Authorized Use of Auditorium:
- The Associaiton Auditorium may be used for suitable programs and functions at the discretion of the Executive Officer.
- Association members may be permitted to rent the auditorium except for purposes determined by the Board of Directors to be unacceptable, such as personal solicitation. *(The Board of Directors has authorized the Executive Officer to carry out this policy.) A 10% discount is available to SRAR members (does not include cleaning fee).
- The auditorium may be made available to non-Association members at the discretion of the Executive Officer.
- Reservations for auditorium rentals will be made no more than 90 days in advance.

*Half Day = 4 Hours, Full Day = 8 Hours
Above fees include theater-style seating and the use of all existing audio/visual equipment. Additional fees: Use of the lavalier microphone is at an additonal $50 fee. If clean-up is required, an addtional charge of $50 applies. Set-ups outside the normal theater-style (tables, classroom-style, etc.) will require an additonal $75 set-up fee per rental.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES: Use of the Association auditorium in whole or part shall be discouraged during the daytime on Tuesdays and Fridays. NO FOOD OR DRINK will be allowed at any time, unless prior special permission is granted by the Executive Officer. User of facility is required to notify the attendees of the function that parking is to be in designated areas only and for no reason shall there be unauthorized parking the Staff Parking Lot. User is to be responsible for attendees of functions to ensure that no unauthorized persons enter the main building during the hours before 8:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
VIOLATORS OF THE ABOVE POLICIES MAY BE DENIED USE OF THE FACILITY.
