Throughout the year, Southland Regional Association of Realtors® hosts a variety of social events and educational sessions, which require sponsorships from our Affiliates. Below is a list of events and courses we have held in years past. TOY DRIVE/KIDS HOLIDAY PARTY – Community Relations Event
Description
An annual event where less fortunate children are chosen from an elementary school within the San Fernando Valley and invited to the SRAR Auditorium where they are greeted by Santa Claus and given presents for Christmas. They enjoy free lunch, games, holiday sing-alongs and warm Christmas cheer.
In addition to the Holiday Party, a toy drive is held for 4-6 weeks where toys are collected and then donated to the Los Angeles Fire Department’s, “Spark of Love”. Toys are collected at SRAR and various Real Estate offices throughout the valley.

Description
Once per month, the Young Real Estate Professionals committee hosts a mixer at various locations around the valley, where drinks and appetizers are served, announcements are made, and lots of fun is had by all. This is, by far, one of SRAR’s more popular events. YREP members are the future leaders of SRAR and everyone is eager to get in front of them with their products and company offerings.
