It’s Back! The SRAR First-Time Homebuyer Grant Program Returns for 2025-2026

After a brief hiatus, the Southland Regional Association of REALTORS® is thrilled to once again offer $1,000 grants to help first-time buyers achieve the dream of homeownership!
In partnership with the California Association of REALTORS® Housing Affordability Fund (HAF), SRAR is proud to make this opportunity available to local buyers who meet eligibility and income requirements.
This program operates on a first-come, first-served basis beginning November 1, 2025, until all funds are awarded.
Grants are for qualified first-time homebuyers who meet the income requirements
The home must be owner-occupied
The buyer must use a California REALTOR®
Applicants must complete an approved Homebuyer Education Course
Grant Amount: $1,000 (30 available)
Program Opens: November 1, 2025
