The attached Bylaws draft version reflect changes (in red) which require a posting to the membership at least thirty (30) days prior to a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors.  These changes are a culmination of SRAR leadership
and legal resources which ensure policies/procedures for the membership

are in keeping with the goals and vision of the association.
