Option 1: FREE Immobel IDX Solution
Basic public search: Does NOT display your contact info.
1) Click link to generate your IDX links: http://www.imrmls.com/centsite/link_generator.htm
2) Enter your Public ID (agent ID, e.g. F207099924) and Office Code (office ID, e.g. F1515922). Ensure the numbers are correct or your Agent Listings link & Office Listings link will not display your listings and/or office listings.
3) Enter the language(s) you want the link(s) to display. One link for each language will be generated.
4) Copy the links either by highlighting & right click copy or use the "Copy to clipboard" feature. If asked, "Do you want to allow this website to access your Clipboard" click button to Allow Access.
5) Paste the links to an email or a difference source (text doc, etc). Either you or your webmaster will manually copy & paste the generated link(s) into your website.

Option 2: FREE Smart IDX (formerly rDesk)
Displays your Contact Info, includes "Contacts" Manager & Email Alerts.
1) Login to CRISNet MLS Matrix via SRAR website homepage.
2) Click Smark Desk link on homepage (External Links) or click the Links tab and then click the Smart Desk link.
3) Accept initial Disclaimer if applicable.
4) Left side, click Marketing, then click Smart IDX.
5) Click the Links tab. Click the individual link(s) to review. Sample Map Search and Standard Search, choose one from your links. You can also use the My Listings, Office Listings and/or create custom links. Copy & paste the desired link(s) into your website.
6) Banner tab to edit your contact info for your IDX banner. Additionally, can add your agent photo & company logo, etc.
7) Please review all tabs for additional options.
Option 3: FREE Mercado (eNeighborhoods) IDX Solution
Displays your Contact Info, no contact manager.
1) Login to CRISNet MLS Matrix via SRAR website homepage.
2) Homepage, go to External Links & click Mercado or click the "Links" tab & click "Mercado" link.
3) Click "IDX" icon, top right side of window (picture of computer). If not present, log out of Mercado completely & click the Mercado link again. The "IDX" icon should appear (last icon on the right).
4) Click "IDX Links" on the left side underneath Customizing Your IDX Search.
5) Click on the six links to review.
6) For a general search, Copy the 1. IDX Start Page link (please call if link is missing).
7) Display your listings: Copy either Link 5 (My Listings) which is populated with your Active & Backup listings automatically OR Link 3 (Featured Listings Page) *Agent must add their listings manually via IDX Setup, 6. Featured Listings.
8) Paste the links into an email or a difference source (text doc, etc). Either you or your webmaster will manually copy & paste the link(s) into your website.
9) Please review other features offered in the Customizing Your IDX Search section.
10) Click Personal Information (left menu under Online Setup) to update your Banner contact information on your links.
Option 4: FREE RealtyTech Basic IDX Solution (1yr free & new clients only - contact RealtyTech for more info)
Click HERE to sign up now for the RealtyTech Basic Website, Mobile & IDX. Click the "Get Started Now!" button. If you only desire the free IDX links, only mark the box by "Yes, I would like the FREE Basic IDX." Allow approximately fifteen (15) business days for the launch and delivery of these products via a RealtyTech email. Please check your SPAM folder often & retain the email since it provides all needed information & directions for your product(s). RealtyTech provides only email support with their free products.
